Achievement of this qualification could enable candidates to secure employment (paid or unpaid) as an assessor, assessing programmes such as national governing body of sport awards or a variety of vocationally related qualifications, for example, sports coaching certificates.
Candidates who achieve this qualification may wish to gather further evidence to achieve the ENTO Units A1 (Assess candidates using a range of methods), or A2 (Assess candidates’ performance through observation) or the Certificate in Review and Assessment of Learning, composed of Units A1, G3 and L16.
Achievement of these qualifications require candidates to demonstrate their competence in fulfilling all the performance criteria and range of standards in the workplace, over a period of time.
