This qualification has been designed for those working in financial services. Candidates must complete units covering contributing to a safe and secure working environment and to the development of personal performance. Candidates must also complete a further six units covering areas such as: develop customer relationships and business networks; effective administration and promotion of products and services; operate tills; provide mortgage advice; authorise business lending; investigate arrears and recover debt; manage information for action and support the efficient use of resources.
