Qualification summary

This qualification has been designed for those working in financial services. Candidates must complete units which cover: monitoringa nd maintaing security, health and safety; developing productive working relationships and own resources. Candidates must also complete a further six units covering areas such as: addressing customer complaints and problems; managing customer service delivery and establishing; maintaining productive business relationships; sell financial products and services; provide mortgage advice; appraise and authorise business lending applications; facilitate meetings; and manage the use of financial resources.
