Unit summary

This unit will give learners an insight into working in a real-life business environment. It will also help them to perform administrative tasks efficiently, with confidence and with an appreciation of their diversity and value to an organisation.

Learners will prioritise tasks and work to deadlines, as well as process, record and communicate information. Learners will have the opportunity to experience working with a wide variety of simple documents and understand their uses and when each is appropriate.
