Unit summary
Retail outlets need to keep displays adequately stocked and to promote their goods in order to maintain levels of sales.
In this unit you will learn about different types of retail outlet and the products they sell. You will learn how to present stock effectively and have an awareness of how to advertise & promote products.
You will assist with stock control learning how to recognise poor quality items, listing methods for monitoring stock levels and knowing where to find replacement items.
