In this unit you will learn how to identify different types of catering outlets and the services they may provide. You will learn how to clear and prepare service areas effectively and efficiently considering hygiene issues, correct disposal of waste and recycling of reusable items.
You will also learn how to identify the differing types of drinks an outlet may serve assisting with restocking drink items and cleaning reusable drinks containers
