Unit summary
In this unit the learner will discover how learning can take place from his/her own experience and how to effectively use this experience in a care role to enhance his/her skills and those of other staff. The learner will consider different learning styles.
The learner explores how to critically focus on strengths and areas to be developed in order to identify training needs. An understand of how to create and monitor personal development plans, setting targets to achieve personal goals, will be imparted
