Theory of Child Development
Unit summary
The purpose is to introduce students to the mental and physical changes and developments which occur in childrens' formative years, and of their significance for dance teachers.
The aim is for students to understand how a child's mental and physical development (a) can affect the learning processes and (b) must determine the approach to teaching.
