Unit summary
To instil knowledge and application of the Level 3 Coach's Ethical Coaching responsibilities; Safety - Managing a safe and effective coaching environment; Planning - to plan, implement, monitor and evaluate a coaching programme, Manage and develop coaching practice including their own coaching philosopy, values and beliefs, personal coaching practice and self-evaluation, good communication skills, manage and control a class/group of gymnasts, using a range of coaching styles to promote the gymnasts' own development and decision making.
