This qualification is independently assessed using an Edexcel appointed external examiner. The External examiner will review and evaluate objectively the assessment process and standards of learner attainment by independently reviewing, in the first year of the programme, a sample of learner work. The External Examiner revisits in the final year of the programme to independently assess learner work and evaluate decisions on final outcomes.
