Candidates who successfully complete the ILM Level 3 Certificate in Leadership can progress to the Level 3 Diploma in Leadership and Management or another qualification in either management or leadership; or management and leadership, according to their circumstances.

Practical Demonstration / Assignment
Participants must meet all the mandatory assessment criteria in the qualification. All mandatory assessment must also be successfully completed.
Participants who have successfully completed units in this qualification which are also contained within other qualifications or which have been achieved in isolation as Certificates of Unit Credit will be granted exemptions for these units.
