This qualification provides a progression route for those who may have taken the level 2 qualification. It has been specifically designed for those working with the administration arrangement of external examinations including aspects of designing systems and managing staff and resources

Portfolio of Evidence
This will be assessed internally, and Edexcel will sample assessor's decisions using subject-specialist external verifiers. The external verifier assigned to the centre will identify the unit which will be subject to NSS. Centres will be required to make available work produced by learners which provides evidence for the assessment (in whole or in part) of the unit. The assignment brief on which the work is based must have been internally verified. The learner work must have been internally assessed, and at least 50 per cent of it must have been internally verified.
This qualification is 90-hour consisting of three units of 30 hours each. To achieve the whole qualification, a learner must successfully complete all three units.
