BCU AB Level 3 Certificate in Coaching Paddlesport
Qualification summary
Currently, no other awarding bodies offer coaching qualifications in paddle sports. We can state with confidence that our proposed paddle sport qualification at Level 3 meets the needs which are not currently met by any other accredited award at that level. No other provision addresses the sport-specific and technical requirements of coaching to the depth to which the proposed Level 3 qualifications does. We also believe that the qualifications will make a distinctive contribution to national provision not only because of their uniqueness but also in terms of their quality, breadth and coherence.
The level 3 qualification assess the coaches ability to delivery more individualised coaching over the long term. While the key focus is based on an annual programme of activity this may extend further in cases where participants may be working towards a longer term target or goal.
