The Edexcel BTEC Level 3 Subsidiary Diploma in Creative Media Production qualification offers progression opportunities in and to employment within the Creative Media sector. The qualification also provides opportunities for progression to Level 4 and 5 BTEC qualifications and other Higher Education qualifications.
The Edexcel BTEC Level 3 Subsidiary Diploma in Creative Media Production consists of 3 mandatory units, plus optional units from the chosen pathway that provides for a combined total of 60 credits and 360 guided learning hours (GLH) for the completed qualification.

This structure allows the flexibility to import standard BTEC units (QCF) at Levels 2, 3, or 4 to meet local needs. This is limited to a total of 10 credits and can not be at the expense of the mandatory units in this qualification.
