Unit summary

This unit covers the requirements needed to bring a health and safety policy into effect and how the policy may be used to protect the health and safety of vunerable individuals. It also requires candidates to know how to communicate significant findings of risk assessments to staff, identify tasks where legislation requires specific standards of training/ competence, and understand how to create a positive health and safety culture.
