Qualification summary

This qualification has been designed for those working in warehouse/supervisory/managerial areas.
EAL’s aim is to provide a much-needed qualification to allow individuals the
opportunity to gain national recognition for their duties as supervisors/managers. The
objective of this NVQ is to ensure that there are competent personnel who
can perform these duties to national standards.
EAL is committed to meeting the requirements of engineering companies.
Supervisors/Managers have a key role within engineering companies,
therefore EAL wish to offer this qualification to satisfy that need and meet
their customer requirements.

Pass
There is no requirement for independent assessment for this qualification,
however to standardise the assessment of the qualification, EAL issues the
centres with Assessment route material for all candidates and a Centre
Implementation manual which the centres are required to comply with. The
centre and the candidate’s assessment routes are externally verified by one of
our full time external verifiers.
Candidates must complete both units in Group A, plus any six units from Group B (total eight units).

    • Y/104/0675 - Dispatch goods for delivery
