Progression routes include Level 3 Award in Food Safety Supervision for Manufacturing, which includes learning outcomes for candidates with supervisory and management responsibilities in manufacturing operations. Other opportunities for progression include units in Level 3 food and drink, VRQs and NVQs, GCSE hospitality and manufacturing and GCSE Food Technology.
