The Diploma in Human Resource Development & Marketing equips candidates with a good working knowledge of the key concepts of human resource development and marketing. This will aid holders of the Award in their career progression. Candidates can also progress to the LCM Level 4 Higher Diploma of Human Resource Development & Marketing.

The qualification consists of five units, of which three are mandatory. In addition, one of two optional units must be completed.
