When undertaking a qualification that does not appear on the governments' lists as eligible for funding for specific age ranges, users must be aware of legal requirements. Not all qualifications are suitable for all age ranges.

The Higher Diploma in Travel & Tourism Marketing equips candidates with a good working knowledge of the key concepts of marketing and tourism management. After completing the qualification, candidates can progress directly to employment. Alternatively, they can progress to the LCM Level 5 Professional Diploma in Travel & Tourism Marketing.
Independent assessment is achieved by written examinations which are set and marked by LCM. For more information, please refer to the Setting and Marking Procedures which have been attached.
The qualification consists of five units, of which three are mandatory. In addition, one of two optional units must be completed.
