The Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Development & Marketing provides candidates with a high-level understanding of the subject area allowing them to progress directly into employment as professionals or managers. Alternatively, candidates may apply to one of the academic progression routes at undergraduate or postgraduate levels.

The qualification consists of five units, of which three are mandatory. In addition, one of two optional units must be completed.
