Unit summary
To enable candidates to monitor, evaluate and develop coaching practice. It will provide the candidate with the ability to refine the coaching programme and evaluate participants’ performance. It will also enable candidates to monitor and develop their own personal practice and assist with the development of coaching practice of others involved in supporting the programme.
