Internal Verification Practice in Sport
Unit summary
The aim is to provide experienced assessors with an introduction to the processes and principles of internal verification of vocational qualifications. It offers an opportunity for candidates to be supported in developing the knowledge of how to plan and conduct the required quality assurance and moderation checks on the assessment process as part of an approved centre’s internal quality assurance systems. This is achieved through an understanding and the application of the underpinning knowledge requirements of the Employment National Occupational Standards Unit V1 (Conduct internal quality assurance of the assessment process).
