Coaching Indoor Rowing
Unit summary
The Coaching Indoor Rowing unit aims to introduce assistant coaches to the fundamental principles of coaching including the health and safety of the coaching environment, the importance of technique, the information needed to plan effective indoor rowing activity sessions and the skills and experience required to competently lead activities within coaching sessions under the supervision of a lead (more qualified) coach.
