Unit summary
In this unit candidates will be expected to:
Know that employers and employees have a range of statutory rights and responsibilities under Employment Law and that employment can be affected by other legislation as well
Know that there are procedures and documentation in their organisation which recognise and protect their relationship with their employer
Know that there is a range of sources of information and advice available to them on their employment rights and responsibilities.
