Employment Rights and Responsibilities in the Outdoor Industry
Unit summary
The aim of this unit is to provide candidates with the opportunity to promote their knowledge and understanding of:
- employers and employees statutory rights and responsibilities under Employment Law and that employment can be affected by other legislation as well
- procedures and documentation in their organisation which recognise and protect their relationship with their employer
- a range of sources of information and advice available to them on their employment rights and responsibilities.
